The old water station building was remodeled in 1885, converting the down stairs into a baggage room and express room and the upstairs into the telegraph, the dispatcher's and the train master's office. I plan using it as the Xenia Station on my railroad. The Xenia railroad facility has been turned into a bike hub for paths to Cincinnati, Dayton, Springfield and future paths. A representation of the building was built (1998) to house a small museum, restrooms and offices for the bike paths.
Xenia Station will not be totaly weather proof. It will only be outside for open tours and my enjoyment.
