Revell 1932 Ford High Boy Roadster

My goal for this project was to build a rod a young man on a budget would build around 1955.
For starters,I painted the body Plastikote Red Oxide Primer and put on a semigloss clearcoat to give it that suade look.
The flathead Ford is from Revell's '32 Ford Sedan kit.I stripped some chrome to give it that raw ''budget'' hot rod look.A predrilled distributor from Replicas&Minutures of maryland Cowas used to wire the engine.
The interior was painted Tamiya Red Brown. It was modified to fit the dashboard from the aforementioned '32 Ford Sedan while the steering wheel and floor shifter are from a Revell '32 Ford five window kit.I painted these Model Car World 1959 Chevy Roman Red.
The chassis was built box stock and painted the same color mentioned before.Again,I stripped the chrome chassis components and painted them for that raw ''budget'' hot rod look.
Wheels and tires are from Revell's '32 Ford five window while for finishing touches include '50 pontiac tailights and a vintage looking license plate from an abandoned project.
