Bowiea volubilis miniature flowers and fruits

This is my only Bowiea plant, it formed fruits after it bloomed, so I suppose this proves it is self-fertile.

    I have three of these plants at this time. They are descendants of one my father gave me years ago. He had his original bulb at least 45 years ago and I have kept this one going at least 25 years. Of course the plant has divided many times and this is the only way I have propagated it. I have only seen flowers on it twice. I would be interested to know what and how you feed it and what kind of soil you have it in. Mine is in cactus soil.

    I am so excited to finally find out the name of this plant after all these years. My daughter discovered some at the Philadelphia flower show.
