Unknown Cereus along a small river near Amambaay near Piribebuy in Paraguay.
Photo taken Oct/2000 during our trip to Paraguay. This plant grows on the riverbanks. Aren't cacti supposed to grow on arid lands. Well this proves that doesn't always have to be the case.
