You are right!!!! I thought they looked like a lot of Mount Fujis. In one region around Pucon, I think I counted six or seven of these beautiful old volcanos.
Great view! I didn't want to return to "civilization" after spending time in Patagonia. Really took me some time to switch back to the reality of Europe.
The town is Puerto Varas on Lake Llanquihue. It is near the cruise ship port of Puerto Montt. Puerto Varas was a charming Euorpean style town. Good food, shops and nice lodging.
