LCR Splitter

OEM front splitter for Seat Leon Cupra R (Part # 1ML 805 903 ) installed on TT

All Stainless Steel hardware used:
- 2 M6 x 1.00 SS hex-head bolts 35-40mm long - for center supports
- 8 M6 x 1.00 SS hex-head bolts 16-20mm long
- 20 SS 6mm flat washers
- 10 SS 6mm lock washers
- 10 SS 6mm x 1.00 nuts
NOTE: Self Tapping SS screws can be used in place of above list.

Tools needed:
- Drill and 6mm drill bit (15/64" will work) for drilling holes in splitter and bumper
- 10mm wrench and 10mm deep socket
- Painters Tape
- Ruler
- Dremel with grinding / sanding tip

I used cloth tape to find the center of the bumper. Painters tape (blue) was used to hang the cloth tape so that it was centered on the Audi rings and the lower mesh grill.

With the Splitter in final position mark ends to be cut to match up with fender trim piece. Also mark locations where holes need to be drilled in bottom of bumper.

Carefully measure and cut each end of the Splitter to match-up with fender trim. I removed +/- 50mm (MEASURE SPLITTER WHILE ON CAR). A dremel was used to grind off material from remaining ends so the Splitter fit around fender trim.
