    Twists

Your twists look really good. What did you use to twist?

I wear my hair in twists a lot and I'm always looking for new ways to perfect my technique.

Sesame Oil (why reading is fundamental)

You could also use it for oil pulling. Months ago, I tried using it and boy did this thing get my teeth white. You could do some research on lhcf for oil pulling.

    New Ayurvedic Stuff

both the bhingraj oils can be used at bedtime for massaging the scalp. The one on the far left of the screen is excellent!

    The Ayurvedic Oils

i use the shikakai oil in my own homemade mix , and like it very much --sesame oil and coconut oil are ayurvedic staple oils and are used regularly in many homemade Indian hair recipes and cooking as well.

    Shikakai Shampoo Bar

i have this and you MUST pre-treat the hair with an oil or thick conditioner, or your hair will feel dry and crunchy/strawlike... I use coconut or Vatika oil and I thought it was great.. Now I have let it dissolve in hot water and dilute it with my castile soap and glycerine so I can use as a liquid shampoo.. I think your brew is way better.

    Ayurveda Powders

do you pre-treat your hair with coconut oil or some oil before using the powders? Just checking to see what different naturals do..
