No this is NOT SNOW!!!!! It is what we call frost!!!! Frost forms from dew that accoumulates early in the morning when it is very cold! The dew freezes and makes little ice crystals! This only last for a few hours! It is all gone after the sun comes up! It become dew again! (droplets of water)
