    hello there
how is the loc journey going?
    I didn't survive ...
    they look great!

** Hey! The journey is coming along. I am finding what my hair likes and dislikes which is the biggest things. Getting moisture in my babies is one of my main concerns but I am getting there.
Its okay you didn't survive this round but at least you tried. You never know what the futures holds. Its okay you can follow me!

    1st wash and twist
What do buds feel like? I've been wondering. Which week is this for you?

Buds are really obvious for you to notice. They are like a puff of hair that just appears after some time and a few washes. They are firm puffs of hair where you will be able to obviously feel within the twist. This pic was taken in the 1st month

Okay, I didn't part, either and was hoping that was okay. I did the grab-n-go method.

** Do you have more updated pics? Of the ones I saw I think you started over correct? I did part some but I was not worried about perfect squares or anything

    2nd retwist
How is the aloe vera gel? I use it on my face as a natural moisturizer.... thought about it on my hair but not sure if it will build up. Have you found that?

**Thanks for stopping by sis. I was using the gel sparlngly. Now I only use oil for retwisting. I was going to see how this experiment would work. I want really light locks. The 100% aloevera gel is supposed to be pretty good. It washes out really easily. I know the gel makes my hair a little stiff for a few days and just using oil does not do that.
