Trail Ride Day

Team AWOL really did a greast job of showing some character at this event. We placed 3rd overall in the running competition. With only a few runners, in comparision to other teams who had several runners, we held our own. The team also raised $2,659.00 for donations to the American Cancer Society!!

The Paradise excursion was held to raise money for the American Cancer Society. We raised over 1000.00!!!!!! Thanks to all who helped make it possible.

Louisiana 4x4 annual trip to Hot Springs. A few AWOL members went along also. We rode Sept. 1-4

Our first workday at Paradise since the Expo in June. We started some trial expansion on the northside and ran into a lil problem with a pinched chainsaw blade.

Wayne & John wanted to test out their modifications, so they asked Josh Randall if he could take them for a lil Paradise spin. Little did they know but Josh would get an exhaust modification whether he wanted it or not. LOL

For LA4x4's first time out at The Big Easley property, their hard work really provided a good off-road trail. We all had a good time. It was pure fun in the sun!

An expedition was put together to rebuild teh two bridges that were washed out on the North trail. The day was muddy & hot but fun.

WE had a wet day at Paradise. All of us were thankful to see the rain return to the Tangi region. The terrain was more than slick for all of us!! Happy Birthday America!!

We raised $800.00 for TARC. It was a great time. We put 36 vehicles on the property and every one of them had a good time.

A few of the members got together to watch the Krewe of Eve parade roll through Mandeville

Marylands K.G.B. Offroaders tour St Bernards devastation 5 months after Katrina. KGB was visiting LA on a relief mission. Thanks guys for your help & support.

Our 2nd year in the Krewe of Omega Mardi GRas Parade proved to be a huge success. With 19 veihicles including a Deuce and a half with members tossing bead and AWOL cups from the back of the Deuce.

AWOL made the trip to The Superlift Off-Road Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It literally rocked!!

Paradise Excursion was a benefit camping trip / trail ride, that raised $550.00 for Boys Hope Girls Hope. It was really alot of fun.

All of the clubs gathered at Dons Seafood Hut for fellowsihop with our benfactor & to present her with a check for $2626.00 raised at the Expo.

Josh & Kenny took a few locals on a run to Paradise for a lil recon of the property after the Expo.

The first LA Off-Roader's Expo was huge success. Everybody had a great time. The trails were very impressive.

Our final day was a rough but rewarding day. We got all that we needed accomplished.

Our first day at the coles creek property was very tough. The naturistic looking property did its best to cover the abuse that the commmunity has been unleashing for so long. Its a good thing we were there to clean her up again!!

In order to gauge the interest of a Jeep club we held this meeting.

AWOL held a special meeting mid-month, regarding the future of the club.

AWOL's Charter Meeting was held January 13, 2005. It was the first time for membership and the charter was signed.

After a long day at the fest. it was time to kick-back and relax.

A group of us took a trip to Gardendale, AL for a new year's weekend trailride. We were led around by some of the local people who knew the woods and trails.
