US Highway 61 Davenport to Dubuque

In 1967, much of the old route of US Highway 61 was straightened, bypassing many communities. These narrow 9 ft lane alignments still remain in many places, between Dewitt and Dubuque. Some even retain the old lip curbs from 1928-1937.
