I have so many photos, that one album won't cut it any more for my scenery photos. My cam is attached to me at some place, I just haven't figured out where...lol.

Spring 08 is here, and so starts a new year for me to chase down all the gorgeous flowers that explode onto the landscape.

On December 12, 2008, we had one hell of a wind storm here. It felled a tree in my front yard. If it wasn't for a few smaller trees, my neighbor's new SUV would have been totalled. I just HAD to take pics...lol.

We are just seeing the effects that the change of seasons is having on our plant life, and I find it fabulous.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the fall scenery this year, 2007. I have some similar photos of certain scenery, taken at the exact time of year as in 2006, and the differences are dramatic. The lack of color is astonishing. Global warming maybe.....?

Yet another catagory of things I never knew I would be taking pics of...lol

I have suddenly decided that old, abandoned, delapitated buildings are a perfect subject for my camera. I am finding it challenging not only to find the buildings, but to capture them in the right lighting, using the right filter, and the right angles.

I know it is unusual, but I was looking for my grandfather's grave, and couldn't find it. I started looking around, and noticed how old some of the stones were, and how beautiful some of the property was.

Various scenery pictures. I live in Cape Cod, So I get the opportunity that a lot of people don't have. The beaches there have been my playground nearly all my life.

Someone had asked me about the bogs here, thinking it was something that they find those "bog people" in. I chuckled, but not because I thought they were ignorant, but because I lived around these all my life and never gave them much thought. My father's family are into it heavily, as they own many piece of land dedicated to growing cranberries.

I was in the neighborhood for an appointment, and it was around 4:30 pm, just after the time change. I forget how pretty the place is. I think people who live around this type of thing all their lives tend to forget the beauty in every day scenery. it's every day scenery for me, anyway...
