Seeing the whole island by a scooter (with Jade)April 23 to May 18, 2006 Taiwan is the size of the Kruger National Park but has the same population as the whole of South Africa - and 90% of the land is uninhabitable because of high mountains!

Addicted to the highs and lows of endurance events, I have run eleven Two Oceans (56km) Marathons, two Comrades (90km)Marathons and have completed 11 Argus Cycle tours (110km) - if you go into the websites you will see my times. Also about 40 standard marathons and over 100 half marathons. I am however a very average runner and just do it for fun! Running is a way of life; I run to clear my mind and to THINK and to relax.
