2006, 2007 Nextel Cup, 2008, 2009, 2010 Sprint Cup Champion.
Weather you like him or not, Johnson is one of the best drivers the sport has ever seen. In only 10 years, he has 55 Cup race wins, ranking him in the lower half of the Top 10 all time. For those who say it's really Chad Knaus who is responsible for all those wins, and not Jimmie- ask yourself how many wins David Green, Steve Grissom and Stacy Compton had in Cup. Knaus was their crew chief before moving back to Hendrick to lead Johnson. (They have a combined career win record of 0)
I actually don't care for Jimmie all that much- I find his personality to be somewhat boring, his constant winning repetitive (amazing how when it's one of my favorite drivers I'm thrilled to see them dominate, but when it's not one of my favorites, I find it boring, no?) but most of all, when the 48 team was formed, they became the #1 team on Hendrick, and Jeff Gordon's team suffered.
