Companies were dispatched for the bldg fire. Chester-11 arrived reporting heavy smoke & fire from the 2nd floor of a 2 story bldg. An interior attack was mounted, but abandonded due to rapidly deteriorating conditions. They had extension into the "B" exposure. All companies were in svc with master streams
