Companies were dispatched for the mva with entrapment & ejection. U/D-11 arrived reporting he had 1 vehicle vs a traffic light pole, with 3 victims trapped and 2 ejected. Medics o/s requested 2 additional Als & Bls units to the scene. They also requested a helo to fly. The 1st extrication took aprrox 10 mins. The other 2 were heavily pinned being the driver & driver side rear passenger. Rescue & Ems personnel worked together on treating the patients and getting them extricated. The driver was the second to be extricated in another 10 mins, and most seriously injured. The back seat passenger was last for extrication with his feet trapped under the drivers seat. Companies had numerous tools in svc for the entire operation, cutters, spreaders, rams and the winch. Final extrication time for the last victim was approx 40 minutes. Pennstar did fly but was unable to land due to weather. All were transported to various hospitals and trauma centers by ground.
