- Cmd arrives to find a 2.5 stry end of row vacant dwelling with heavy fire showing. Crews did a hell of a job knocking the fire and keeping the exposure in check. Fire did extend to the attic area, but the truck company opened it up and crews made the stop before it ran the block. Chester-11 (Capaso) had Cmd.

Cmd arrived to report heavy fire on the 3rd floor of this 3 stry garden style apartment complex. The fire was in the Harbour Club apartments (bldg-4) and with cmd not sure if the fire was extending into building #5, the 2nd alarm was struck. A-22 called communications and reported smoke showing. The box was struck for 1430 North dupont Hwy at Ron's Place Restaurant. The working fire dispatch was struck and Cmd-28 reported heavy smoke showing with several subjects trapped. A second alarm was transmitted. It was VERY hard to get close to the scene as State Police had the area SHUT DOWN once it became a fatal. Reports were of at least 2 subjects DOA at scene. showing with several subjects trapped. Chester-11 arrived to report a 3 stry dwg with heavy fire conditions 1st floor. Within minutes he reported fire on all floors and requested the 2nd alarm. Crews set up several master streams and the Tower-82 and Squrt-81 went to work. Bulk of the fire was knocked within 30 minutes. Tower-82 and Squrt-81 went to work. I arrived to this 2 alarm shortly after they started getting water on the fire. Crews had their hands full as a water supply was tuff to establish initially.
