A Bear Affair is a collaborative public art project of LARC, NW CT Arts Council, NW CT Chamber of Commerce, Tri-State Chamber Foundation, and Winsted Health Center Foundation.
That bear was a lot of fun to work on, the sun glasses and the shorts were made of BONDO and applied to the body before painting anything. The base had some as well with real sea shells pushed into it then later painted to look like sand. ~ " Taco " Joe Kopler, Torrington Ct.
