    Here are two photos from the Journal Inquirer February 19th, 1975. Herb Steiger lived on Oak Street and watched the demolition of the Oak Street Market, and surrounding apartment houses. He's shown sitting just below the Fire Station, which is the Senior Center now.

    Here's a news article I had stored away. Herb Steiger is sitting right on the edge of what is the Senior Center now.
    On the corner of Oak and Main, you can see the sign from Modern Drug. I had my first apartment right over that, where the concrete stairs show. The next buidling up was 6 Oak St. (left door) where my dad started his accounting business back in 1955/56 (that will be in the 2nd email)
