It's Snowing in Ashley!!!!   RSS GeoLocation
I missed yesterdays snow because I spent 6 hours in hospital receivng every test under the sun after a stomach bug I picked up at school went extremely painful. (Don't ask!!!) I now know I've got no serious ilnesses but they didn't find out what was wrong. By the time they had finished I was getting my appetite back and the pain started to wear off. So they let me go home. My very kind and wonderful freind Kate went to the hospital with me because I was extremely worried at what they might find, and stayed with me throughout the 6 hours (Only popping out for the odd bag of chocolate buttons, drink, and a chicken curry at the hosptal canteen while I was fasting). I could not get home when they let me out so I spent the night at her house. (Seperate rooms!! We are just good freinds) :) When I got home today it had started snowing again and this time it was heavy. I know Kate loves the snow so I dedicate this album to my very kind and caring freind. (Who I just happen to be in love with).

My new motorcycle covered befote I got home.
It's wing mirror.
I'm not sitting in this!!
Fluffy snow covers the delicate branches.
Over an inch of snow is clinging precariously to some of these tender young shoots.
I've arrived in Narnia at last.
The wall of the house brings me down to Earth with a bump.
One for John.
The washing line thickens slowly.
The street light struggles bravely to light the path of the weary traveller.
Hydrangeas wilt under a heavy load.
The branches are bending to the inevitable!!!
Now we are back in Narnia :)
Only two hours ago the blackbirds were perched here looking for a morsel of food.
A criss-cross blanket of soft white snow.
The snowflakes are so delicate they can cling to these vertical branches.
I wonder what this could be?
Even these delicate branches have their own little quilts!
The thorns on this Hawthorne hedge are sticking out in defiance.
I think its time I pruned this hedge!!
