This is how I found the place after tenants vacated.
Most items in trash pile up out front were left in
house or shed. I, with help carried it out front.

Once every other year or so this Fantastic Swamp Maple needs a little pruning to the hanging limbs out of your face!!! What a great tree to have in your yard. When I purchased the property around 1985 it was only a fraction of this size. I keep all the many main trunks clean of new growth to maintain this majestic look. (All by hand) Cheers!!! Gary
