Rental Property Refurbishment

This is how I found the place after tenants vacated.
Most items in trash pile up out front were left in
house or shed. I, with help carried it out front.

    WHAT lived here??? Wow! This doesn't look like a remodeling job; but more of rebuilding. You truly had your work cut out for you on this project. I must say, you did an outstanding job--one which required a great deal of perserverence on your part. You can be quite proud of your accomplishments, dearest Gary.
