Spring Time Red Wine Making with Grape Juice from Chile using 7 six Gallon Buckets of Various Kinds for a Total of 42 Gallons.

This album explains the intiial process of "SetUp"

42 Gallons of Juice from the following varieties from Chile:
1. 12 Gallons of Merlot
2. 12 Gallons of Barbera
3. 6 Gallons of Cabernet Sauvignon
4. 6 Gallons of Malbec
5. 6 Gallons of Syrah

This Primary Fermentation Process will continue for about 2 weeks to 2 months at which time the wine is ready for racking and the secondary fermenation process to take place...  Can be drank as wine in as little as 75 days but it does improve with age.
