Wine Making with Juice from Italy Oct. 2007

Making 42 Gallons of Wine from Grape Juice from Italy. Juice is imported in 6 gallon plastic buckets. I got one of each of the following:
1. Amarone
2. Brunello
3. Chianti
4. Lambrusco
5. Meritage
6. Montepulciano
7. Sangiovese
