This album is start to finish of 2 Great Days at Sivananda Ashram Yoga Ranch in the Catskill Mountains of Woodbourne, NY.
It is not far from the infamous "Woodstock Festival of 1969"...

Accommodations: $70.00 USD for a shared room, (max 3 in my room but I only had 1 roommate) includes 2 buffet style meals of
Delicious Vegetarian (mostly Organic) Selections from the Ashram Garden / Greenhouse and Kitchen.
Also included is the course schedule which includes two 2 hour classes of Sivananda Yoga one class 8-10AM and the other from 4-6PM...
Satsang for 1.5 hours twice a day at 6AM and 8AM (sometimes 7:30).
This includes 30 minutes of group meditation followed by 30 minutes of group chanting (Really Cool) and 30 minutes of very Enlightening and Uplifting Readings.
Lights out at 10:30 is fine!!! You will be ready for a good rest!!!

Try not to break down on the way home!!! '-)))
