This is funny!!! The trainer lent me his size 10 sneakers to work out in as I only had my size 13 hiking boots!!!
A tight fit but it worked... Thanks!!! Gary

Up at 4 AM... I hour on Internet, 1 hour organizing stuff, and 30 minute workout. Breakfast is at 7 and I leave hotel for a very full day at 8AM...
