    KLISTOFF CORRECTION:

GGF: NAME WAS 'ALEX', not David..!!

Thanx John. (I think) We might have to start anew to make sure I have everything correct. I have too many 'Davids', and two (2) 'Simeons'. No "Anna Samarin", but an "Anita".
Please write to me when you get the chance. (GB)

Hi: im Jack Klistoffs grandson does anyone know the name of the man all the way to the top right because that is my great grandfather??

Sorry.. If John. N. Kotkoff doesn't know, I don't think there is anybody left that would. After all, he is the son of the bride & groom in this photo.
What more can you tell us about "Jack".., or your parents..? I'm into genealogy, and can't find any "Jack" born or died in California, or in the SSDI. Perhaps a little more info would help. (Ghrishka@Hotmail.com)

It is if they died in America, through the Social Security Administration Website, or the California Death Index if they died in California. - http://www.vitalsearch-ca.com/gen/ca/_vitals/cadeathm.htm
    In Mexico.., I haven't a clue. (G.B.)

My Aunt Paula said that she remembers a nice looking, blond-haired, blue-eyed young man coming to visit family in San Francisco, CA. When he came he said that he was a relative and lived in "Mexico". My aunt was perplexed because she had never heard of a blond-headed Mexican national!

My Grandparents were Joseph Alexander and Mary (Shubin) Drobshoff. Other names connected to the family are Evanikoff, Shubin, and possibly Nazaroff.

If anyone knows of a connection between these names and the Molokans in Mexico, please email or post a comment.

Thank you, these pictures are wonderful!

Hello: I was just interested if we are related. My grandfather was Michael Klistoff from Kars, Russia. His wife was Ester Orloff, also from Kars. My mother, Annabell Kistoff married John Seapin. They were all members of the Big church just off of Lorena (sp). Thank you.

Is there some way that I can get a full list of names in molokan cemetary, in guadalupe ?.

I am interested in Rogoff, Fillatoff, Kazev, and Tolmasoff sure names.

George Wm. Mohoff's Book: "The Russian Colony of Guadalupe Molokans in Mexico" has a list of all-(?) who were buried in Guadalupe. (Appendix E)

Remember a wedding held here. Cousin Andre Samaduroff and wife(?) I was just a child then, but remember it very clearly. I can still smell the bread baking in the oven.

Brother John gave me your web-site. Enjoying the pictures of Guadalupe and bring back alot of memories. Haven't been back in many years, but when I did go fifteen years or so, I was taken aback at all the changes. But, I still have my memories. Thank you for the photos. Hazel
