My wife is the great great great grand daughter of Saveli Yastropich Bebaeff. We would like any information that you may have on him and his family ie., wife, children, parents, birth and death dates etc. Thank you in advance. N.
Mine grandgrandfathers called Bibaev Yastrop Kirillovich. Its family lived in Russia. Probably Saveli Yastropich has moved to America together with other families molokans.
I believe this is my great uncle! My Great Great Grandparents were Pavel A. and Anastasia Feoderevna Rogoff; they had at least two children, David and Vasilli.
My Great Grandparents were David and Nellie Rogoff. They immigrated from Kars, Russia in 1903 or 1905. Vasilli helped them.
My Grandmother Mary Rogoff would often visit Guadalupe with her three children, Eleanor, Ann (my mother), and John Bankaluk. Mary Rogoff Bankaluk died very young, age 31. My Grandfather was John Bankaluk, he lived with us in Whittier, California until he died in 1960.
I am doing a genealogy on my family. Any information you might have would be wonderful.
Congratulations on your success! I wish you well, any information you might have on my family would be deeply appreciated, Jann Pyka
Hi Janice, My Great Grandparents are also David and Nellie Rogoff. Their son John is my Grandfather. His daughter Alicia is my mother who was born in Guadalupe. So we are cousins and yes I am too doing genealogy. Let us see if we can help each other. Please use my e-mail address. It is easier.
I wish I knew exactly how I am related to this person (maybe Ivan is my great grand uncle), I do know my Great Grandfather on my Dad's side was George William Babeshoff and he brought my family from Kars and they resided in the Guadalupe Valley before going back to L.A. My grandfather William was born in the Guadalupe Valley. My father, Steven Babeshoff had a great photo of the family in Baja in front of their Adobe house probably not far from this grave site.
