Its Probably a variety called "Queen of the night". The flowers are almost black.
 

It has unique shape, especially the margin of the petal, i haven`t seen tulip in close up pose like this :) thank you for sharing

many new forms are every year in the Keukenhof,, a big park special for Bulbs grown in Holland.
a bit expensive but beautiful place 20 minuts from here.by car
