Looks more like a cross between Echeveria affinis and Sedum craigii. Don't see any Pachyphytum influence at all in the inflorescence or flowers.

Dear Cok, without seeing the flowers you cannot be sure whether it is P. compactum or the very widespread P. compactum hybrid. The flowers must be deep red.
