Woohoo six months already!
Time has flown by, I love it and don't understand why I didn't do this before. I'm going to definitely latch once every 4 weeks as I left it very long and it took AGES.

I haven't really been out, so don't really have much pictures.

I'm a bit concerned about moisture, my hair can be quite dry as I'm conscious of the fact I'm not washing it as much as I would in my own home as my mum doesn't have a shower and I cannot bend over the bath.

Any ideas?

I had loads of pictures that I have been meaning to upload, and all the pictures I had taken off my old fotki, and then my laptop died, and I've lost them... ALL :-( Nearly 5 years of pictures... I feel like an idiot.

Well a year gone and it's flown past! I've loved my hair, with all the other things going on in my life at the moment, my hair has been 100% trouble free. I've had months where I haven't latched, and I paid the price for it, so I try and be as regular as I can and it gets done quite quickly.

Products - Dr B's and castor oil. That's it. I use a body brush to wash my hair because it helps get rid of build up.

That's it really. Not much else to say because it's pretty much maintenance free.

I actually remembered to take pictures of while I'm tightening!

It was my birthday on the 12th, and it was my 3-0, so I had a lovely weekend of celebrations!

I've also learnt something new. While getting ready for my birthday, I made my hair damp to experiment with styles and I noticed that there was a whole lot of growth at the root!

I only done it a couple of weeks before, so I can only assume that the hair was hiding while I was latching dry. I'm going to try and dampen my hair when I latch it next to see if it will make a difference.
