The Viet Cong guerrillas built an elaborate system of tunnels at Cu Chi outside Saigon with which they continuously fought the Americans. The communist propaganda at the site describes how the "bad and mean" Americans bombed innocent women and children but then goes on to brag how even women and children bore arms and killed Americans.
