The kite overflowing its bag in all directions.
James and Pat help compress the kite to get it back into its bag. Usually it rides in the trailer without being bagged -- but you can't drive a trailer to Kuwait, and that's where we are going now!
Bagged and finally in the crate!
The kite arrived!
Preparing the launch, though the wind is picking up again. You do not want to fly the BIG kite in too much wind.
Me, repairing after the first flight.
The Committee to Fix the Kite meets. Most of the sewing is done from the inside so it won't show.
Mike, Peter and Susie sewing inside the Mega Flag.
Ready to try again! David and Susan pose for the photographers during layout of the kite.
Mike sorting out the bridles. Kuwaiti sandspurs made handling the lines difficult, but we did it!
We are ready for a launch.
Peter Lynn, maker of the kite, helps launch.
The Mega Flag flies again!
Kite, Mike and anchor vehicle
David and his toy.
We're up -- in a nice gentle wind.
Me, inside the kite after the last flight.

Kuwait at night, with help from the Al-Farsi team we pack up the kite, and won't see it again until we get home.
