In approximately one week, we took down (yes, un-picked) Samm's 6 year olds traditional palm rolled locks. What a chore, but we did it! :) Her reason for taking down her traditional locks was that as they grew longer, they were beginning to become too heavy, thus the birth of her Sisterlocks journey.
