    Thanks for your comments,
I started to use 100 % perlite for my leafcuttings and the results are good.
You never have the problem of overwatering!!
The first shoots came up after 6 weeks and depends a lot of the species.
For my sansevieria plants I use a mix of soil with fine volcanic stones.
I water my sansevierias in the summer regular which gives a good growth.
In winter I water every 2 weeks depending the wheater.
We have a nice subtropical climat, high sunradiation levels, min temp in winter 12 ºC and min temp in summer 18ºC.

    Saludos Herman

Hello! I enjoy good photographs of your sansevieria in Japan.

    Is this soil 100% perlite?
Because results look very good, I try to do leaf cutting in the same soil! !

Hi! I am wondering what kind of medium you are using for your leaf-cuttings. From the photos, they look like perlite (coarse grade). I also would like to know what is your medium for growing sansevierias based on your local conditions. I have a good collections from different parts of the world. I just would like to compare with you.
