This is Gary Coe, from Eugene, OR at the time the photo was taken. The 57 had a 289 w/4 speed and very deep rear gears. Was a blast to watch run. Pulled the front wheels a ton on every gear change. Gary presently owns Speed's Towing in Portland, OR

This is actually a 1965 Falcon, not a 1964. The grille tells the difference.
