Documentation of my twist challenge will take place here...

I got twists done today and the goal is to leave them in for an entire month. The longest I've made it is just under two weeks (pretty pathetic I know). It's turning chilly here in NY, and I need something good for both my hair and my body (going out with even a slightly damp head is not good!).

I got these done at a local African hair braiding shop a couple of blocks from my apartment in Bklyn. Can I tell you that these are the best twists I've had! This $60 'do is better than the $100+ twists I've had done at the other "well-known" salons here in Bklyn.
