Thousands of sand hill cranes meet and greet in a open field west of US 421 on IN 143. Up to 10,000 this year. They are en route to Florida and Georgia from northern Michigan and Wisconsin. It is an awesome sight as darkness falls. My little camera barely captures the scene (see the impressive lenses others were using!)
