"Frankie...the Walk 'n Roll Dog"
Local author Barb Techel and her dog Frankie held a book signing at the Osthoff in Elkhart Lake. Frankie suffered a ruptured disc in her spine a couple of years ago and now walks with the help of a doggie "wheel chair." The book "Frankie...the walk 'n roll dog" tells Frankie's story.
