While the staff works to save one of their own Patrick and Jagger work to diffuse a second bomb; Robert and Anna make plans.

"Past and Presence - Part 1"
While in a coma, Robert is visited by friends from his past; Jagger is served with custody papers; Toussaint receives a letter; Claire makes a decision about her career as a doctor; Kyle and Eric come to a crossroad in their relationship.

"Truth and Consequences"
Patrick puts the entire hospital in jeopardy; Robert reminisces with Anna; Saira confronts Leo while Kyle and Eric share a tender moment.

"Love/Hate"
When Robert has to have emergency surgery, Robin leans on her mother (Finola Hughes). Meanwhile, the staff must treat a group of racist patients, and Kyle struggles to forgive Claire and Leo for sleeping together.

“Brothers and Sisters”
Leo and Kyle are unprepared when their mother pays them a surprise visit. Meanwhile, Kyle is intrigued by a new patient Eric Whitlow (Chad Allen); Clair admits a secret; Patrick finds himself in an uncomfortable situation.

“About A Dad”
Jagger is alarmed when Stone has a seizure and is rushed to the ER. Meanwhile, Patrick feels ignored when a busy Robin devotes her time to her dad and Jagger: Claire and Leo feel guilty for taking their relationship to the next level.

“Pay It Forward”
The FBI learns that someone is selling human organs, so Jagger must investigate the hospital. Meanwhile, Robert reaches his breaking point as a patient, and relationship issues plague Leo and Saira, as well as Toussaisnt and Epiphany.

"Listen to My Heart"
Robin must make a painful decision about her father's future; Leo and Saira team up to save a patient; Jagger joins an autism support group; Claire butts heads with a former schoolmate.

“Playing With Fire”
Patrick look’s at Robin’s HIV status with a new perspective after meeting a couple who are quarantined from one another. Meanwhile, jealousy causes Leo to try to keep Jagger and Saira apart; Robert suffers another setback.

"Family Values"
Robin discovers Robert trying to leave the hospital; Kyle sees a different side of his brother;
Jagger has a hard time letting Saira work with Stone; Toussaint and Claire find a corpse.

Crash
The second season opens with a car crashing through the ER and injuring some staff members. Meanwhile, Jagger Cates (Antonio Sabato Jr.) returns to town and has a surprise for Robin; Toussaint comes back to the hospital after being on tour.
