This is the first model car I painted and foiled circa 1989/1990.
Tha paint is Colorgin spray can. The foil is aluminum paper and white glue.

My first build of a AMT '58 Impala. It was painted plain silver, with a black interior. Always tought that color scheme "killed" the car, so I took it apart, and rebuilt it in blue. The album is here also, just look for the other '58 Impala folder.

Built in 1992, this one is a survivor. During my move, a box fell on it. The roof broke in two places at the front, around the windshield. I glued it back, and decided to leve it with it's "battle scars". The paint is also a regular household spray can red. The interior is white prymer. At least it's foiled!!
The tires are from my parts box, as I tought the ones from the kit were too big, and the wheels that came were not correct for the car also.

The blue Edsel I built from a regular AMT kit, and the black is a CustomShop pre painted version, that I foiled and aded some detail to.
I painted the blue Edsel in the factory colors of Horizon blue and Frost white, and I used the correct color for the engine. You can notice that the prepainted Edsel has a engine that's too "green", and also has the hubcap centers painted the secondary bodu color, what is not correct.

1978 Monogram kit.

This is a 1993 edition of the classic AMT kit, from the early 60's. I built it box stock, and added nothing but paint and foil. The color is Raven Black, auto paint, and the interior is the factory option colonial and medium gray. paints used were Tamiya, Testors and Revell.

Built with a 2002 edition of the AMT kit. I built this one at the same time as I did my factoru stock Fairlane, and thought it would be cool to paint both with the same colors. This one has a Paxton supercharger on the 312 Y-Block V8 (I really love Y-Blocks) and some other tricks to "eat the Chevys up"

Got this built 1957 Chevy in 1:12 scale from a friend. The car was at display without a good cleaning for a long while. In fact, that gave me the idea of taking some shots as a barn find.

Another model I found already built. Thinkink about rebuilding it.
