Neighborhood: Merriam Park

An older neighborhood encompassing parts of the Midway and some of the old railroad suburbs of Saint Paul. This was once in line to be the site of the current Capitol building was planned to be, much to the influence of James J. Hill and John Ireland of the archdiocese. Today, it has quaint little neighborhoods and a mix of everything, with easy access to much the rest of Saint Paul.
