Neighborhood: St. Anthony Park

St. Anthony Park was a middle-class commuter rail suburb in the late nineteenth century that was incorporated into the city of St. Paul. Primarily residential in the north with a large number of homes over a century old. Industrial character to the south along Highway 280 and University Ave. In contemporary times, the neighborhood has experienced a large influx of college students due to the University of Minnesota-St. Paul that is adjacent to the neighborhood in Falcon Heights.
