A strong Latino neighborhood (not documented yet), most of the residents of this south central Saint Paul neighborhood sit high on the bluffs, called the district del sol (District of the South). Meanwhile, the West Side Flats, low lying lands across from downtown, is a major area the city is looking at for redevelopment.
