Neighborhood: Prospect Park

An eastern Minneapolis neighborhood between the U of M and Saint Paul. Centered along University Avenue, Prospect Park was built around the highest geographical point in the city, where the Prospect Park Water Tower (or the "Witch's Hat" to locals) was built.
