The LA Premiere was held at the Clarity theatre, a small 100 seat theatre in an Office Building in Beverly Hills. Director Kyle Newman, his wife Jamie King, writer Ernie Klein, and actors Kristin Bell, Chris Marquette, Sam Huntington, and Dan Fogler were present among others. Also present was Zach Levi who plays Chuck in the TV show by that name, and Brandon Routh who played Superman in the last Superman movie.

The San Diego Taxpayer's Golden Fleece & Watchdog Award Dinner took place at the Town & Country Hotel May 29, 2008. Their theme this year was "The Taxpayers Strike Back."

This is Sunday at Legoland CA during their Star Wars Weekend event.

The SDSWS went to Disneyland for the 3rd annual "un-official" Star Wars Day at Disneyland. We were surprised to see Daniel Logan, young Boba Fett, join us at the park.

The San Diego Star Wars Society holds a Jedi Training Academy at the San Diego County Fair.

This is the Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant. This is the location of Comic Con's 2007 501st Dinner.

The SDSWS and 501st So Cal Garrison traveled to Buttercup Valley CA, where Jabba's Sail Barge scene took place in ROTJ, to recover pieces from the set that were buried in the sand. While there, we couldn't help take advantage of the setting to take some great pictures.
