Regardless of how thick her lenses are, better she wear metal frames. That way we can see how thick her lenses are.

Micha, thanks for the info. That's what I thought. About a year ago my prescription went from -9 to -10, and recently it went from -10 to -11. So if she was -10, then mine really are stronger now. I wonder what her prescription has gotten up to.

I've seen Emily and Chris's comments. I'm 14 and on -4.00 & -4.25 and climbing rapidly at the moment, but I can't beleive I may need glasses as thick as these. It's pretty exciting but also rather scarry
