Arion punishes Markopoulos' left leg throughout the entire match which results in some sort of knee injury. Arion wins. He preens to a booing crowd and eventually extends a hand to Markopoulos who isn't sure whether the offer of a handshake is real or if it might be a trick. Suddenly, they are both attacked from behind by "Hot Shot" Mike Reed! Reed continues to beat up on the injured Markopoulos until Arion intervenes, running him out of the hall. Arion helps Markopoulos up off the mat and raises Markopoulos' hand up in victory, two Greeks united against a common foe. The crowd, which had been booing Arion just minutes before, now cheers him. The match ends with Arion helping the limping Markopoulos to walk backstage to the cheers of the crowd.
