aww... i hope it is better now.. it is probably a good idea to deep condition the hair several times before putting in extensions, and also to deep condition several times after taking them out.. I usually just add some mayo to my regular conditioner and leave it on my hair for 30 minutes and I do this each week for 4 wks before I get extensions. Then I do this again after I take them down.

great job mom! yeah, that happens quickly with natural hair :| I just add some aloe gel and keep it braided down.
