The SBS opening for Parson's Road at the Elmdale House Tavern.

These are 4 versions of an edited image. The original was black and white.

The image was solarized and then I fiddled with the RBG balnace. The image was again solarized and then colour added to the tail of the short of the guy on the right, the image on the back of the vest and hankie of the guy in the middle, and I manually coloured in the dots on the dress.

I can't decide which version I like the best so I loaded them all up.

The lighting at Irene's is pretty bad and the stage has that pillar in the middle of it. There aren't too many good shots.

With so many friends who are musicians (not to mention a few incredibly talented non-musicians...) you have to figure it would be an incredible evening. No disappointment on that count -- beyond wishing it could go on all night...

Good food, good friends, and good music....

The photos aren't fantastic but the lighting was problematic and I don't like to use a flash. I use my digital "motor-drive" and hope for the best.

I was right at the back of the room and wasn't able to use my tripod, so the photos that I took were all pretty bad. I just have a few shots that I "fiddled" with.

The full band played the Bistro... They rocked the house!
